Les Pereira knows a thing or two about triathlon. Since 1998, he has raced 5 Ironman and 26 Half Ironman races. Les has been a swim instructor and lifeguard since 1980 and is also an NCCP Certified Triathlon Competition Coach and a NCCP Certified Swim Coach. Les is passionate about developing triathletes of all skill levels. With experience and training under his belt, Les designs training sessions around building for race season and providing skills and practices geared for triathletes. Les

While Wendy has always been athletic, her background started with running 10k races, which led to marathons and now triathlon. She is drawn to the half Ironman distance and also compeyes in sprints and standards. Her goal is to encourage people to make positive change in their lives. Laiken Greffard
Laiken Greffard has been our PMC swim coach since September 2021. She has been a part of the swim community for 13 years. Laiken swam competitively and also coaches part time with the Pacific Sea Wolves Swim Club, along with attending Douglas College full time studying Kinesiology. Laiken has competed in numerous triathlons and the GranFondo Whistler. She is excited to work with PMC's triathletes and coach them to achieve their swimming goals.
