Wendy Lyall
While Wendy has always been athletic, her background started with running 10k races, which led to marathons and now triathlon. She is drawn to the half Ironman distance and also compeyes in sprints and standards. Her goal is to encourage people to make positive change in their lives.
Wendy’s passion is for the new long-distance triathlete and that is where most of her coaching experience lies. She is excited to play a role in her athletes’ journeys and feels privileged to be a part of their development. Wendy hosts a weekly track session in North Surrey and is also available for more personalized one on one training plans.
