| What brought you to triathlon: |
Just a few years ago, we went to Scottsdale area for my 40th birthday and happened upon Ironman Arizona. We spent the day watching the event from the start of the swim to the stragglers at midnight and I thought: these people are crazy – I need to do this! I returned home, bought a road bike and started a life change. For my 50th birthday, I went back and did my first full Ironman – in Arizona. It was crazy and awesome! |
