I was drawn to the sport from a friend of mine and after competing in my first triathlon at UBC in 2019 was hooked. I enjoy the training and the camaraderie that comes along with the sport and continuously trying to improve. I’m also just trying to keep up with my kids! |

Each one has been unique and a different challenge but hard to beat the beauty of racing through Stanley Park during the Vancouver Triathlon or cruising around scenic Victoria in the IM 70.3. |

It really depends on my mood but generally I’ll be plugged into techno or some 80’s British Alternative! |

| Tri Goal for 2024: |
I’d like to achieve a PB at Ironman 70.3 Victoria and headed down to Oregon for the 70.3. I always look forward to the annual PMC Mini Tri and will be rounding out my schedule with a half and full marathon as well as a fun event down in Port Angeles called the Big Hurt. |
