Working in our Zone 2 heart rate — 65-75% building our aerobic engine through indoor spins via Zoom with Coach Tammy.
- drills (ex. single leg work)
- neuromuscular spin-ups/rpm
- low cadence for strength gains!
All are welcome! You just need a bike on a trainer/indoor bike, water, Zoom connect.
