OWS at Sasamat Lake

7:30AM BIG BEACH for main group. *Check our members-only FB page for any communications or to reach out to other members to join them. **Some of us also start out at SMALL BEACH. Note: OWS Opener/Brunch (May 19 at 8:00AM Big Beach), followed by weekly swims at the lake, 7:30AM. **Don't forget to bring your swim buddy! *Water temp is usually between 19-21 degrees.
