OWS Opener/Brunch. A great complimentary intro (and modified for seasoned athletes) to open water swimming reviewing proper warm up and stretching, drills, tips, race entry and exit practice, sighting, swimming drills. Meet at Big Beach (with the concession & washrooms), 8:00AM.
*Water temp was about 17 degrees last year and 22 the year previous so you never know what we'll get! **Don't forget to bring your swim buddy!
